More....PLEASE

Childhood obesity is very common today. The problem can be blamed on fast food or even parenting. It is easy to run to the store and buy a couple of honey buns, a 240 calorie coke, and a high sodium snack.
I honestly think that over-eating is also due in part to a person's emotions and life-style. In my family, we celebrate, evaluate, and even mourn over food. From experience, I will eat an unhealthy food when I am busy and on the go. It's all about convenience. Some parents work and leave their children responsible for getting themselves a meal. An adolescent typically will not eat a balanced meal by choice.

The weight-battle is continuous. We know what is right, but we can’t always fight what is sooo good.

Keeping Up

I like the finer things in life. If I buy something expensive, it is because I like it.

Each holiday, I take time to decorate our home extensively. If we have a gathering or company, I want the home to be warm and inviting. Recently, I went to the store to buy Easter decorations. My total was $120.

I know this stuff is not necessary, but I am used to it. It's funny how I have become accustomed to certain things in life that are insignificant to me. I do not care if there are decorations or not, but I believe other people do. I'm thinking about saving the money insted. After a while, I should have a nice nest-egg.

The Beter Half

I think it is funny how some people make excuses for other's actions. My aunt caters to her grandson constantly. He is 21 years old; and for the fifth time, has started a new job. My parents have spoiled me, but not to this extent. If he decides to quit,  she will believe that is fine. Personally, I think he has no future. He does NOT want to accomplish anything in his life. Why would he? He lives in a nice home, goes as he pleases, and has money on demand. So my question is: "Why does a "sorry" person get life handed to them on a silver plater?" Then, I stop and think. I know that my hard work is worth all of the sleepless nights; so I keep on trucking while he is sleep in bed.

Snooki's Shocker

It finally happened. Snooki is pregnant! I can't believe she made it this long. I'm not going to lie, I am a fan of Jersey Shore. I watch it every week.

After hearing the news of her pregnancy, I can't help but to wonder what will happen to the show. Things will not be the same, for "shore". Along with wondering about the future of the show, I also wonder who is really the father. I know this is stupid, but Jersey Shore is one of the few shows I watch.

I couldn't think of anything to write about so here it is.

The months to come are definitely going to be interesting.
