More....PLEASE

Childhood obesity is very common today. The problem can be blamed on fast food or even parenting. It is easy to run to the store and buy a couple of honey buns, a 240 calorie coke, and a high sodium snack.
I honestly think that over-eating is also due in part to a person's emotions and life-style. In my family, we celebrate, evaluate, and even mourn over food. From experience, I will eat an unhealthy food when I am busy and on the go. It's all about convenience. Some parents work and leave their children responsible for getting themselves a meal. An adolescent typically will not eat a balanced meal by choice.

The weight-battle is continuous. We know what is right, but we can’t always fight what is sooo good.

  1. I think kids these days just need to get out from infornt of the t.v. and go outside and get a little excercise in. I don't eat great, but I can burn off all the bad things I've had by getting outside and running or riding a bike, something kids these days don't do.
